This Privacy Policy explains how Nirvana XR ('we', 'our', 'us') collects and uses information when you use Nirvana Animate ('Service'). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
1. Service Architecture
Nirvana Animate performs core 3D processing in your browser. We also operate authenticated backend services for account access, waitlist management, and optional features. When you explicitly save a studio session, we store that bundle—including chat history, related application state, and an optional 3D model file—in secure cloud storage associated with your account.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you sign up or join the waitlist, we collect: Email address, Authentication identifiers, Optional name (if provided). This information is stored using Supabase Authentication and Database services.
2.2 Automatically Collected Data
We may collect minimal technical data: IP address, Browser type, Device type, Authentication session tokens. This data is used strictly for security, fraud prevention, and service reliability.
2.3 Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser storage to: Maintain login sessions, Preserve application state. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
2.4 Content You Choose to Save (Studio)
If you use the studio save feature, we store what you save: a display name for the session, serialized chat messages, related studio state, and optionally the 3D model file tied to that session. Saving to the cloud is voluntary and occurs only when you initiate it.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use collected information to: Authenticate access to the Service, Manage the product waitlist, Communicate product updates, Maintain security of the Service, Store and restore studio sessions you explicitly save. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising.
4. Third-Party Infrastructure
We use Supabase for: User authentication; secure storage of waitlist records; and, when you save a studio session, database metadata and object storage for your saved chat, application state, and optional 3D model files. Supabase processes this data on our behalf under their published security and privacy policies.
5. Data Retention
Authentication data is retained while your account exists. Waitlist records are retained until you request removal. Saved studio sessions and associated files (including optional 3D models) are retained until you delete them or delete your account. You may request account deletion or help removing saved content by contacting us.
6. Data Security
We use: Encrypted HTTPS connections, Token-based authentication, Role-based database access rules. However, no online system is completely secure.

8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Updates will be posted with a revised date.
