Use of Service
By using Nirvana Animate, you agree to use the service in accordance with these terms. The service is provided for legitimate 3D animation and retargeting purposes.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the 3D models, animations, and other content you upload to the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Your Content and Cloud Saves
When you choose to save a studio session, you ask us to store the associated data—including serialized chat history, related studio state, and any 3D model file you include with that save—on our systems so you can reopen it later. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, encrypt, transmit, and display that content only to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you. You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload and save any content you provide, and that your content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Third-party software
The Service incorporates third-party software and models. You must not use the Service in a way that violates applicable third-party licenses. Excerpts of selected license texts are provided for convenience only on the following page.
