This Privacy Policy explains how Nirvana XR ('we', 'our', 'us') collects and uses information when you use Nirvana Animate ('Service'). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
1. Service Architecture
Nirvana Animate operates primarily as a client-side web application. Core application logic and content processing occur in your browser. Our backend infrastructure is limited to authentication and waitlist management.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you sign up or join the waitlist, we collect: Email address, Authentication identifiers, Optional name (if provided). This information is stored using Supabase Authentication and Database services.
2.2 Automatically Collected Data
We may collect minimal technical data: IP address, Browser type, Device type, Authentication session tokens. This data is used strictly for security, fraud prevention, and service reliability.
2.3 Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser storage to: Maintain login sessions, Preserve application state. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use collected information to: Authenticate access to the Service, Manage the product waitlist, Communicate product updates, Maintain security of the Service. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising.
4. Third-Party Infrastructure
We use Supabase for: User authentication, Secure storage of waitlist records. Supabase processes this data on our behalf under their published security and privacy policies. No other third-party data processors are used.
5. Data Retention
Authentication data is retained while your account exists. Waitlist records are retained until you request removal. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Data Security
We use: Encrypted HTTPS connections, Token-based authentication, Role-based database access rules. However, no online system is completely secure.
7. Your Rights
