This Refund Policy explains how Nirvana XR ('we', 'our', 'us') handles refund requests for Nirvana Animate ('Service'). By subscribing to or purchasing the Service, you agree to this policy.
Subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, partial use, or unused portions of a billing period.
We may issue refunds only in the following circumstances: Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same billing period. Technical billing error — a charge was processed incorrectly due to a system or payment processor error. Proven service outage — the Service was unavailable for an extended period and we have verified the outage.
